The PACT Capital Income Fund is focused on originating and managing senior secured bridge loans collateralized by transitioning commercial real estate property and agricultural land with high-quality water rights located throughout California.

In essence, by pooling investors’ capital, the Fund is similar to a bank: it originates loans secured by real property and collects interest payments over the life of the loans.
